1What these terms cover

The website adlevr.com, the app at app.adlevr.com and the Meta app named adlevr (App ID 1748374642960277), all run by adlevr’s owner.

2Who may use it

Only the owner may use app.adlevr.com. adlevr has no sign-up, makes no accounts for anyone else and gives clients no access. Trying to get in without permission is not allowed.

3What adlevr does with Meta accounts

adlevr reads the data listed in clause 3 of the privacy policy, only from ad accounts the owner has access to. It does not create, edit or pause ads, ad sets, campaigns or budgets, and it sends no messages on anyone’s behalf.

Data from Meta is used under Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5ตัวเลขและการตัดสินใจ

ตัวเลขใน adlevr มาจาก Meta อาจล่าช้าหรือต่างจาก Ads Manager ได้ ผล⁠ประ⁠เมินและคำแนะนำใน adlevr เป็นกฎที่เจ้าของตั้งไว้ การตัดสินใจเรื่องโฆษณาเป็นของเจ้าของเสมอ adlevr ให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ โดยไม่มีการรับประกัน

5Numbers and decisions

The numbers in adlevr come from Meta and can be late or differ from Ads Manager. Its verdicts and suggestions are rules the owner set. Decisions about ads always stay with the owner. adlevr is provided as is, without warranty.

6Summaries sent to clients

Summaries and PDFs the owner sends to a client are the owner’s own work, made from Meta’s numbers, and hold only that client’s ad results.

7Names and marks

The adlevr name, logo and code belong to the owner. The IBM Plex Sans Thai Looped and Fraunces fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. adlevr is not part of Meta.

8Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
